Old Guard Militaria ships to all US States and most foreign countries except for: Russia, Ukraine, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Belarus, Crimea, Donetsk, & Luhansk Regions. We will not ship to those countries and regions due to severe restrictions by the US government.
International shipping is at the buyers risk. Once the item leaves our hands and the US we cannot 100% guarantee delivery. We will only issue a refund if it can be proven and documented that the item has not arrived to its international destination. it is on the buyer to provide that evidence in full.
Old Guard Militaria will only issue refunds under the following conditions; if the item is lost in the mail (documentation and proof will be required); Item is damaged or destroyed during transit (documentation and proof will be required). All other sales are final and non-refundable.
